The hands behind GVO Classic
We are a small, family-owned upholstery shop in North Port, Florida, run by Vlad, a craftsman who still does the work himself and pours his whole heart into every piece.

A craftsman who loves the work
GVO Classic Upholstery started with one belief: that the things we love are worth keeping. Vlad has spent his life learning this trade, and he still does the work by hand, on every piece that leaves the shop.
For him, upholstery was never just cushions and fabric. It is restoring the memories stitched inside a piece, the boat where every summer happened, the recliner that was always dad's, the classic car rebuilt one weekend at a time. He treats each one like it belongs to his own family.
That is why he refuses to cut corners. He chooses materials made to survive the Florida sun and salt, rebuilds frames and foam the right way, and finishes every stitch by hand. The result is work that does not just look beautiful today, it lasts for years and gets passed down.

Old things are beautiful. They carry a history worth saving, worth passing on. It does not matter if it is the chair you rocked your children in or the first car you ever owned. If it means something to you, it is worth bringing back to life.
